I dreamt I was at the Olympic road race and I was following Cav around wearing his World Champs jersey because he was wearing Team GB kit. I had to follow him around the race too.
Stuey O’Grady was taken ill right in front of me at a race. David Millar dropped out to care for him (bet Vaughters was delighted). Later, at a different part of the race, I noticed both their riderless bikes continuing on in the peloton! Just like when racehorses carry on after unseating a jockey. Then there was a crash on a corner in a narrow alleyway, and another bike flipped over and carried on without a rider, but upside down! While 2 other riders went past having a massive argument.
After the race, lots of riders were bitching about the result. Robbie Hunter was most outraged that his riderless bike hadn’t been given the same time as O’Grady’s and Millar’s…
… and I think I should also mention that I was wearing a Team GB Ice Hockey jacket. -ENDS-
